Job Title: Export Executive (Fresher)

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Export Executive (Fresher) to support export operations, documentation, and coordination. The role involves working closely with internal teams, logistics partners, and clients to ensure smooth and timely execution of export shipments.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in preparation and verification of export documents (Invoice, Packing List, etc.)
Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHA, and logistics partners
Support in tracking shipments and ensuring timely dispatch
Communicate with internal teams (production, dispatch, accounts) for order execution
Draft and manage email communication with clients and vendors
Maintain records of export documentation and shipment details
Ensure accuracy and compliance in documentation
Support senior team members in export operations and process execution

Must-Have Skills (Non-Negotiable)

Basic understanding of export process (theoretical knowledge acceptable)
Good written and verbal communication skills (especially email drafting)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good coordination and follow-up ability
Willingness to learn and adapt
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Email)
Disciplined and responsible work approach

Good-to-Have Skills (Preferred)

Internship or training in export/logistics
Basic knowledge of export documentation (BL, AWB, Invoice, etc.)
Understanding of Incoterms (FOB, CIF, EXW, etc.)
Commerce / International Business background
Good English writing skills
Exposure to ERP/software systems
Ability to manage multiple tasks
