Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and process-driven QA Executive to manage quality assurance activities, ensure compliance with GMP standards, and maintain robust documentation systems. The role involves handling deviations, CAPA, audits, and cross-functional coordination to uphold quality standards across operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and control SOPs, formats, and QA documents
• Ensure implementation and compliance with GMP and quality systems
• Handle deviations, change control, and CAPA processes
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions
• Support and participate in internal and external audits
• Ensure audit readiness and proper documentation at all times
• Coordinate with QC, Production, and other departments for quality compliance
• Maintain document control systems and records
• Conduct training sessions on SOPs and quality processes (if required)
• Identify and suggest process improvements in QA systems

Must-Have Skills (Non-Negotiable)

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in Quality Assurance
• Strong knowledge of QA systems (SOPs, deviations, CAPA, change control)
• Practical understanding of GMP / GLP guidelines
• Experience in handling audits (internal/external)
• Strong documentation and record-keeping skills
• Ability to perform root cause analysis and problem-solving
• High attention to detail and process discipline
• Good coordination and communication skills

Good-to-Have Skills (Preferred)

• Experience in chemical / pharma / manufacturing industry
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards
• Exposure to ERP / QMS systems
• Experience in training and SOP implementation
• Risk assessment and process improvement mindset
• Leadership ability to guide junior team members
