Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc in Chemistry or equivalent
Experience: 0–1 Year
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary:

We are seeking energetic and motivated fresher candidates with a Chemistry background to join our production team. You will be trained to handle day-to-day production activities in our chemical/pharmaceutical plant, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity standards are met.

Key Responsibilities (Post Training):

• Assist in executing production processes as per Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Learn and operate basic plant equipment like reactors, filters, and dryers under supervision.
• Measure, mix, and transfer chemicals following safety and process guidelines.
• Maintain production records, logbooks, and documentation accurately.
• Support senior chemists in quality checks and process monitoring.
• Follow plant hygiene, safety protocols, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Report any abnormal observations or incidents to the shift in-charge.

Training & Development:

You will receive hands-on training in:

• Plant safety and Emergency Response Procedures
• Process flow and basic chemical operations
• SOPs, GMP, and documentation practices
• Equipment handling and maintenance basics
