R&D Chemist

Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented R&D Chemist to join our team at our factory location. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work on innovative projects and contribute to the development of new products. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting research, analyzing data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive product innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and experiments to develop new products or improve existing ones
- Analyze data and interpret results to make recommendations for product enhancements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality control, and marketing, to ensure successful product development
- Maintain accurate records of experiments and findings
- Stay current on industry trends and developments to inform product development strategies

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related field
- 0-1 years of experience in a research and development environment
- Strong technical knowledge of chemical processes and analytical techniques
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks

Preferred Skills:
- Experience with chemical synthesis and characterization techniques
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements for product development
- Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
